The technology behind the iTouts is similar, with a touchscreen display and a built-in battery, according Citizen Connectios website.
CitizenConnectivity is also making its iTouchs available in other markets around the world, including the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
The products are available in the U.S. on Amazon.com.
Citizen says the iTouse is more comfortable to wear than the iPouse.
It has an internal watchband, which allows for a greater level of customization than the Apple Watches.
The touchscreen and internal watch band also means it will fit more people.
“The iTovet is a revolutionary device for those who want a smart, wearable, and comfortable smartwatch,” said Citizen Connection CEO and co-founder Andrew Bickford.

The company also recently announced a partnership with Google to bring the iTout to Canada.
